Assistant Sales Manager

As an Assistant Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and leading a team to achieve sales targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting the Deputy Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets - Leading by example by actively participating in sales activities, generating leads, and driving revenue - Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients - Understanding client needs and customizing product/service offerings to meet their requirements - Addressing client concerns promptly and effectively - Preparing regular sales reports and presenting findings to senior management - Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement in the sales process - Staying updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for market expansion - Assisting in recruiting, training, and mentoring sales team members - Delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients In addition, the company operates in the Real Estate industry with a focus on Retail & B2C Sales. The job requires a minimum of 1 year of experience and is based in Kochi.
