Assistant Sales Manager

Jacsons Veneers and Panels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to drive growth in our Wood Veneer product segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent client relationship skills, and a deep understanding of the wood and interior materials market.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for wood veneer products.
• Identify and acquire new clients including architects, interior designers, contractors, and dealers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Provide market feedback to product development and marketing teams.

• Any Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in wood products, veneers, laminates, or building materials.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Knowledge of wood veneer types, applications, and market trends.
• Experience working with architects and interior designers.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
