Job Summary: Jacsons Veneers and Panels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to drive growth in our Wood Veneer product segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent client relationship skills, and a deep understanding of the wood and interior materials market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for wood veneer products. Identify and acquire new clients including architects, interior designers, contractors, and dealers. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events. Provide market feedback to product development and marketing teams. Requirements: Any Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred. 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in wood products, veneers, laminates, or building materials. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of wood veneer types, applications, and market trends. Experience working with architects and interior designers. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
