Assistant Sales Manager

As a prospective candidate for the Sales role at this fast-growing startup, your main responsibilities will include: - Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and establish strong relationships with potential customers - Own the customer experience from the initial interaction onwards - Achieve sales targets by collaborating with a team of interior designers - Generate accurate forecasts and maintain transparency with management regarding pipeline status - Consistently close new business at or above quota levels - Develop and implement a strategic plan for the showroom / offline business unit while documenting and sharing competitive information - Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed - Identify opportunities to demonstrate leadership and contribute to the company's overall objectives - Share the company's commitment to providing a world-class customer experience The ideal candidate for this position should have prior experience in customer relationship management, sales team leadership, and meeting sales targets.
