Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager, located in Kochi. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in driving sales strategies and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The role will also involve participating in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, client relationship management, and market research
• Proficiency in sales strategies, sales target achievement, and sales reporting
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and ensure customer satisfaction
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow market share
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
