Assistant Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

As a market leader, we at E+G India are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to be a part of a dynamic field sales team.

What will you do?

 Visiting customers in the assigned area to promote and sell the complete product range of the company which consists of about 1,00,000 item codes

 Generate new business and customers according to specific market segments, giving proper technical advice to prospective customers

 Servicing existing customers according to company standards

 Identifying and articulating market trends and competitive positions

 Participating in Industrial Exhibitions and Trade shows

 Working with channel partners and help with their enquiries, providing technical support as per their needs to help grow their business according to company policy

 Developing and implementing sales strategies as per the directions given by the management from time to time

 Conducting in-house exhibitions at the customer premises

 Accountability for achieving annual sales target of the assigned region

Who are you?

 B Tech/Diploma preferably Mechanical Engineering

 Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B Field Sales of Industrial Components, with knowledge of handling OEMs
