The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the Sales Department in achieving business growth targets, developing client relationships, managing existing accounts, and exploring new business opportunities in the travel and MICE sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
• Identify and develop new corporate and individual clients for travel and MICE services.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with the operations and events team to ensure smooth execution of travel itineraries and MICE projects.
• Conduct regular market research to understand competition, trends, and client needs.
• Represent Bliss at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote brand visibility.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client communication logs.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on leads, payments, and service feedback.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
