Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager (Domestic) based in guwahati, assam office. The Assistant Sales Manager will handle sales activities within domestic markets, including identifying potential clients, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include prospecting, preparing sales reports, collaborating with teams to ensure the successful delivery of products, and addressing customer queries to ensure satisfaction. The individual will also strategize to meet business objectives while adhering to company values and standards.

Qualifications

Sales and business development skills, including prospecting, pitching, and negotiating deals
Client relationship management, including effective communication and issue resolution
candidate should must have experience of Agro products sales ( Tea, spices, pulses, rice)
Organizational and analytical skills, such as reporting, data interpretation, and market analysis
Understanding of domestic market trends, customer preferences, and product knowledge
Basic proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software and B2B portals.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Experience in the export or related industry is an advantage
