Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets, managing customer accounts, creating sales reports, and conducting market research. The role also includes preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Assistant Sales Manager will assist in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, customer account management, and market research
• Skills in preparing and delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts
• Ability to create sales reports and develop sales strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the industrial automation industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
