Greetings from Oriental cuisines Ltd , we are looking Resturant Manager ,ARM.GRE, FLoor Manager for our chennai Location ( Teynampet,RA Puram, Wallace Garden, ECR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring premium guest experience
• Manage front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
• Train, motivate, and lead the service team for excellence
• Handle customer queries and ensure consistent service standards
• Monitor inventory, cost control, and revenue reports
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands-on experience in fine-dining restaurant operations
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Ability to handle pressure and manage peak hours effectively
