Assistant Restaurant Manager

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager at Khaleez Restaurant in Tirur, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless execution of service, food preparation, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing both front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, increase revenue, and enhance customer loyalty by analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for improvement. In addition, you will ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety are maintained, adhering to health and safety regulations. You will lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, conducting regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to promote a positive and inclusive work environment. As the ideal candidate for this role, you should have 2-3 years of restaurant management experience with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations are essential. Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, along with relevant certifications such as Food Safety Certification, would be preferred.
