Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Purchasing Manager located in Vadodara. The Assistant Purchasing Manager will be responsible for supporting the purchasing activities, maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing inventory, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials. The role involves coordinating with various departments to meet the company’s procurement needs and maintaining records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Purchasing and Supply Chain Management
• Experience in Negotiation and Vendor Management
• Strong Analytical and Inventory Management skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role in the machinery industry is a plus
