Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Purchase Manager with strong expertise in the food industry. The role involves supporting procurement operations, ensuring timely supply of raw and packaging materials, maintaining quality standards, and driving cost-efficiency through strategic vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in vendor identification, selection, and relationship management.
• Support in negotiations to procure raw and packaging materials at competitive prices.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels, coordinating with stores and production teams for timely replenishment.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, FSSAI compliance, and hygiene requirements.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, contracts, and MIS reports.
• Track market trends and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless procurement and supply chain operations.

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA in Supply Chain / Operations / Procurement preferred.
• 2–5 years of purchase/procurement experience in the food industry (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of raw materials, packaging materials, and food industry standards.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to ERP systems preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
