Role Purpose

EuroKids

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suitable properties for new preschool centres in assigned geographies.
• Build and maintain a strong broker and consultant network for property sourcing.
• Track market intelligence, real estate trends, and competitive benchmarks.
• Maintain a property funnel and share timely updates with Sales Managers and Zonal Heads.
• Oversee pre-launch fit-outs and civil work in line with brand ambience standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate/Post Graduates with

  3–5 years of experience

  in

  Real Estate, Property Dealing, Broking, or Leasing

  .
• Strong understanding of local markets and property dynamics in the assigned geography.
• PG/MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred.
• Confident, proactive, and well-networked professional with strong negotiation skills.
