Job Title: Assistant Project Manager – Civil & Corporate Interiors Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Experience: 3–5 years Industry: Construction / Interior Fit-Out / Corporate Real Estate Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Support the Project Manager in planning and executing civil and interior fit-out projects. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely progress and quality standards. Assist in preparing project schedules, budgets, and documentation including BOQs and reports. Conduct site visits to monitor work progress, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications. Maintain project documentation such as drawings, approvals, and progress reports. Help manage procurement processes and vendor follow-ups. Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Track project milestones and flag potential delays or issues for resolution. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in civil construction or corporate interior projects. Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD) and site coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
