Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager based in Hyderabad. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for directing daily project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks, managing materials and logistics, conducting inspections, and coordinating with team members and stakeholders. The role involves tracking project progress, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring that projects meet quality standards and deadlines.

• Experience in interior fit-outs and finishing works
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a go
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure quality of application and material consumption is monitored.
• Client interaction and problem solving
• Leadership capabilities to manage the site team
• Should be able to work on timelines and budgets

Qualifications

• Experience in Expediting and Logistics Management
• Skills in Project Management and Inspection
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Masters in Construction management / NICMAR
• Experience in the architecture or interior design industry is a plus
