Job Description

Leading projects to success:

Lead overall project planning for multiple projects, focusing on process improvement
Guide teams through all phases to ensure outcomes meet client expectations
Manage project planning, scheduling, monitoring, budgeting, controls, and contract administration
Establish effective structures for communication, reporting, and workflows for each project
Ensure quality control systems and clear project objectives are implemented
Oversee multiple projects and lead motivated, collaborative teams aligned with stakeholder needs
Attend project meetings, monitor project budgets, and submit monthly progress reports
Develop and manage detailed engineering and construction schedules, including critical path and float
Inspect project elements (materials, equipment, staff) to ensure timely execution and report remedial actions
Use in-house tools such as Project Home Page (PHP), Prolog, and Atlas for project tracking

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and constraints
Represent the client's interests while managing revenue and payment cycles effectively

Maintaining the JLL legacy:

Build a network of professional consultants to meet project delivery scope
Formulate methodology and scheduling plans for successful project execution
Protect JLL's and the client's commercial interests through sound project practices
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
Regularly prepare and deliver project-related reports, analysis, and reviews
