Your Role

As a Assistant Project Finance Administration, you will:
  • Set up projects, tasks, and new clients in BST, ensuring accurate details and contract information
  • Manage timesheets, including approvals, weekly follow-ups, and generating reports
  • Review, reconcile, and process subconsultant invoices against purchase orders and requisitions
  • Assist with billing, pre-bills, invoices, and payment allocation queries
  • Monitor debtor positions, support collection processes, and document cheque payments for banking
  • Maintain accurate contact and client information for billing and project records
  • Support project lifecycle administration, including closing projects in BST once invoiced in full

What You Need

Non-negotiables
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ financial experience in AR/AP or within the finance industry, ideally with exposure to project finance administration
  • Proficient in financial software and MS Office applications (especially Excel), with experience in financial and accounting reporting systems
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage a busy workload
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical ability and accuracy in financial tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across teams and provide customer-focused service
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team, maintaining a delivery-focused approach
