Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor (Pharmacy Practice) at UPES-School of Health Sciences and Technology located in Dehradun. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting research, guiding student projects, publishing academic papers, and participating in academic committees. Additional responsibilities include curriculum development, mentoring students, and participating in departmental activities.

Qualifications

• Eligibility: BPharm + M.Pharm. or MS(Pharm) in Pharmacy Practice + PhD in Pharmacy or related
• A researcher with strong computer skills and hands-on experience in Python programming and applying AI/ML to data analytics, clinical data management, pharmacovigilance, Clinical Data Informatics, etc., gained during their PhD.
• Experience: 1-2 years post Ph.D. desirable.
• Strong teaching skills, including lecture delivery and student engagement
• Proficiency in conducting academic research and publishing papers
• Ability to mentor and guide UG/PG students in their academic pursuits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
