Qualification: M.TECH in Mechanical engineering and Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field, Freshers can also apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Teaching and Academic Instruction
• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Mechanical Engineering as per the university curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, presentations, and laboratory manuals.
• Conduct lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and workshops effectively.
• Use innovative teaching methods and modern tools to enhance student learning.
• Student Mentoring and Guidance
• Guide students in academic matters, projects, internships, and career planning.
• Act as a mentor or class advisor to monitor student progress and discipline.
• Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate projects and research work.
• Research and Scholarly Activities
• Conduct research in specialized areas of Mechanical Engineering.
• Publish research papers in reputed journals and present work at conferences.
• Apply for funded research projects, grants, and consultancy work.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Laboratory and Workshop Management
• Plan, conduct, and supervise laboratory experiments and workshop practices.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, tools, and safety standards.
• Assist in upgrading laboratories with new technologies and experiments.
• Evaluation and Assessment
• Prepare question papers, assignments, and internal assessments.
• Evaluate answer scripts, projects, and laboratory records.
• Ensure fair, transparent, and timely assessment of student performance.
• Curriculum Development and Academic Administration
• Participate in syllabus design, curriculum revision, and academic planning.
• Contribute to accreditation processes such as NBA and NAAC.
• Assist in departmental documentation, reports, and academic audits.
• Institutional and Departmental Responsibilities
• Take part in departmental meetings, committees, and academic activities.
• Support admissions, examinations, placements, and student activities.
• Organize seminars, workshops, industrial visits, and guest lectures.
• Industry Interaction and Professional Development
• Build industry linkages for internships, training, and collaborative projects.
• Encourage students to participate in technical competitions and professional bodies.
• Continuously upgrade skills through FDPs, certifications, and training programs.
• Ethics and Professional Conduct
• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and ethical standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
