Key Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in Mechanical Engineering as per the prescribed curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, and learning materials.
• Conduct laboratory sessions, practicals, and project guidance.
• Mentor students in academic, co-curricular, and career-related matters.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies and use modern pedagogical tools.
• Participate in departmental meetings, academic events, and institutional activities.
• Undertake research, publications, FDPs, and contribute to departmental growth.
• Maintain discipline, academic records, and assessment-related work.

Required Qualifications

• M.Tech/M.E. in Civil Mechanical
• As per AICTE/RGPV norms.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Experience

• Fresher or up to 3 years of teaching/industry experience (higher experience may be considered for senior positions).

Salary

• Commensurate with qualification and experience, as per institutional norms.
