Swami Vivekanand Group, Bhopal, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and oversee all accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to handle institutional financial tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
Prepare and maintain ledgers, cash books, journals, and bank reconciliation statements.
Handle accounts payable, receivable, and vendor management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage employee payroll, PF/ESI, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with auditors and assist in annual audits.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial planning.
Ensure timely fee collection, receipt generation, and documentation.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold institutional financial policies.

Required Qualifications

B.Com/M.Com in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, MS Excel, and financial reporting.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory regulations.

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (educational institution experience preferred).

Salary

Negotiable as per qualification and experience.
