  minimum 55% marks

Teacher Education Qualification

• M.Ed.

  with minimum 55% marks

• NET / SET / Ph.D.

  desirable as per norms

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of school-level Computer Science curriculum
• Ability to teach Pedagogy of Computer Science effectively
• Proficiency in ICT tools, digital pedagogy & instructional design
• Commitment to mentoring student-teachers during internship & practicum

Role & Responsibilities

The selected faculty member will be responsible for:

• Teaching Pedagogy of Computer Science

• Guiding lesson planning, assessment techniques & practicum activities

• Supporting ICT integration within the B.Ed. curriculum

• Contributing to academic, co-curricular, and institutional development

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of teaching methodologies, curriculum development, and educational psychology.
• Strong research capabilities, including academic writing, publication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills to foster collaborative learning among students.
• Proficiency in ICT-based educational tools, e-learning platforms, and modern teaching methods.
• Master’s or higher degree in Education or a related field; NET/SLET/Ph.D. qualification preferred.
• Experience in teacher training, micro-teaching, and facilitating internships is highly valued.
