Proficiency in ICT-based educational tools, e-learning platforms, and modern teaching methods. Master’s or higher degree in Education or a related field; NET/SLET/Ph.D. qualification preferred. Experience in teacher training, micro-teaching, and facilitating internships is highly valued.
