• Ability to offer elective courses under IKS

• Teaching curated courses to the students with a vision to develop rootedness in Indian Culture and Tradition.
• 
  
• Offering elective courses related to Indian Knowledge Systems.
• 
  
• Undertaking research in terms of publications and projects.
• 
  
• Participating in the institution s endeavours to promote Indian Knowledge Systems and Indian Culture among students and society.
• 
  
• Co-curricular and administrative work. Mandatory to have Ph. D. and PG in Sanskrit or allied studies
• 
  
• Proficiency in the Sanskrit Language is important. Preferably, UGC NET in the relevant domain of PG or Ph. D.
• 
  
• Sound knowledge of Indian Knowledge Systems is essential.
• 
  
• Having a good command of English is mandatory.
• 
  
• Publications in Scopus-indexed peer-reviewed Journals.
