Assistant Production Manager

Location:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at PDFC Packaging in Hyderabad. This role is pivotal in overseeing converting, printing, and packaging operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize die cutting, folding, gluing, and lamination processes to meet production goals.
• Oversee shift operations, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Conduct high-level reporting and data analysis to support operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality packaging solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  10+ years in a packaging manufacturing company, with hands-on expertise in die cutting, folding, gluing, and lamination processes and machines.

• Skills:

  Strong analytical skills for reporting and data analysis; proven ability in shift management and process improvement.

• Languages:

  Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

• Location:

  Must be willing to work on-site at our Hyderabad facility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
