We are hiring an Assistant Manager for Maintenance at PDFC Packaging in Hyderabad. This on-site role requires expertise in maintaining corrugation and post-press machines to ensure optimal operations in our printing and packaging facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee electrical and mechanical maintenance of corrugation and post-press machines.
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and safety protocols.
• Lead a team of technicians, providing training and guidance.
• Collaborate with production teams for seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• 8+ years of work experience in maintenance within a printing and packaging company.
• In-depth knowledge of corrugation and post-press machines.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
