Assistant Maintenance Manager

The Assistant Manager - Maintenance position at our company located in Sikandrabad, UP, requires a professional with 10-12 years of experience in maintenance, particularly in a manufacturing setup. As the Assistant Manager - Maintenance, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the optimal performance of machinery and equipment in the manufacturing environment. Your role encompasses overseeing various maintenance activities, including breakdown, preventive, and productive maintenance. You will be in charge of managing maintenance schedules, analyzing data to minimize downtime, and enhancing operational efficiency. To excel in this role, you must have an in-depth understanding of sheet metal-related machines such as power presses, Amada press brakes, lasers, and Cut-To-Length (CTL) machines. Familiarity with assembly line machinery like gas charging, welding (WLD), and conveyors is also essential. Basic knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, along with an understanding of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), HMI (Human-Machine Interface) drives, and relay valves, would be advantageous. Your key accountabilities will include maintenance management, maintenance scheduling, data management, and spare parts management. In addition to technical skills in handling sheet metal and assembly line machines, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering. Functional skills needed for this role include strong leadership capabilities to effectively manage and guide a team, as well as excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across departments.
