Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Support daily/weekly production planning & execution.
Supervise shop-floor staff and allocate manpower effectively.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Monitor machine operations, productivity, wastage, and downtime.
Coordinate with QC & Maintenance for smooth workflow.
Maintain daily production records & MIS.
Drive process improvements and cost control.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/Post Graduation in Food Technology/Engineering.
58 years’ experience in food/FMCG production (preferably dry fruits/snacks).
Knowledge of food safety laws & production processes.
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
