Assistant Production Manager

You will be joining Bright Autoplast Private Limited (A Sintex Group Company) as an Assistant Production Manager based in Sohna, Maharashtra. In this full-time on-site role, you will oversee and coordinate production activities, ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include managing production schedules, supervising staff, and ensuring production targets are met. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve production issues, manage inventory levels, and collaborate with other departments to streamline processes. To excel in this role, you should have experience in production management, manufacturing processes, and quality control. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Proficiency in inventory management, production scheduling, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in the manufacturing industry is crucial. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred, and experience in the automotive industry would be advantageous.,
