Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Production Manager based in Vapi. The Assistant Production Manager will oversee daily production activities, manage schedules, allocate resources, and ensure the timely delivery of products. Responsibilities include monitoring quality standards, coordinating with the production team, maintaining equipment efficiency, and implementing process improvements. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with safety and organizational policies.

• Production Management and Manufacturing Process knowledge
• Skills in Process Optimization, Resource Allocation, and Workflow Coordination
• Proficiency in Quality Control, Troubleshooting, and Equipment Maintenance
• Leadership, Team Collaboration, and Communication abilities
• Understanding of Health, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance in manufacturing
• Experience with process control instruments is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Production Engineering, or a related field
