Key Responsibilities:

• Research and build a curated list of potential guests every day for our shows.

• Reach out, pitch, and lock shoot schedules with relevant personalities.

• Maintain seamless coordination with guests pre- and post-shoot.

• Assist in brainstorming ideas, episode formats, and show segments.

• Assist in the Management of backend operations and be the bridge between creatives and logistics.

You Should Have:

• Excellent communication and writing skills.

• Strong command over English (and Hindi, ideally).

• Prior experience in outreach, bookings, and talent coordination.

• Awareness of pop culture, current affairs, and digital content trends.

• A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple things at once.

• Existing network in the media, entertainment, or creator space is a plus.
