What You’ll Do (Your Mission!)

• Handle

  tender management

  – from web mining, document preparation, and submission through relevant portals to profitability analysis.
• Manage

  procurement and vendor coordination

  for operational requirements.
• Oversee

  bill payments, vehicle & insurance renewals, and audits.

• Draft official letters and coordinate with authorities as per requirements.
• Manage

  vendor/client coordination, administrative tasks, and internal communication

  .
• Monitor

  operations

  , including advertisement space, electricity billing, and media monitoring.
• Maintain and update

  MS Excel sheets, PPTs, booking sheets, and availability trackers

  .
• Oversee

  campaign execution, SO generation, and client PO tracking

  .
• Support

  sales and operations for airport media and existing OOH media

  .
• Prepare

  MIS reports and dashboards

  for management review.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate/Postgraduate with

  3–5 years of experience

  in operations, procurement, or tender management.
• Strong knowledge of tender documentation, vendor management, and process compliance.
• Proficient in

  MS Office and Google Sheets

  .
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage operations independently.
