Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Operations Manager located in Kochi. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and smooth management of services. Tasks include coordinating between departments, managing team performance, solving operational issues, and improving processes for better service delivery. The role also involves liaising with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining high standards of client service.

• Strong Leadership and Team Management skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
