Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide personalized financial solutions and advice to clients, tailored to their unique needs and goals
Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial situation, risk profile, and investment objectives
Recommend and facilitate the opening of appropriate banking products and services, such as savings accounts, investment portfolios, and loan facilities
Assist clients with account management, transaction processing, and resolving any inquiries or concerns
Maintain a thorough understanding of the banks products, services, and policies to ensure accurate and compliant advice
Collaborate with other teams within the bank to provide a seamless and comprehensive client experience
Actively participate in client acquisition and retention initiatives to contribute to the growth of the banks customer base

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the financial services industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client needs
Proficient in the use of financial analysis tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct
