Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare, validate, and publish
daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
using the
Excel tool
as per defined SLA timelines.
Create and maintain
daily dashboards
reflecting ATM uptime, downtime, call status, FLM/SLM performance, and other service KPIs.
Share
reports and dashboards with banks and internal stakeholders
(operations, projects, vendor management, etc.) as per the reporting schedule.
Track
SLA performance
, highlight deviations, and support corrective actions through data-driven insights.
Ensure completeness, accuracy, and standardization of data received from multiple sources.
Work closely with the Service Assurance and Operations teams to reconcile data and ensure alignment between field performance and reported metrics.
Drive automation and efficiency in reporting through
Excel formulas, macros
, or ASA functionalities.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in Commerce, Science, or Engineering
3--5 years of experience in MIS or reporting roles within the ATM Managed Services industry
(mandatory).
Strong hands-on experience with
MS Excel
and
ASA (Excel ASA tool)
for report preparation and analysis.
