l Plan & execute proper manpower planning in the all respective departments against the sanction manpower.
l To make the HR Policies & execute on plant level & make sure HR SOP & polices are to be followed.
l Plan and source quality manpower in line with approved organogram (employee /labour); and update organogram.
l Plan and meet regulatory &statutory personnels maintaining updated and accurate documentation; building healthy relationships.
l Plan and optimize utilization of infrastructure ensuring safe and hygienic working conditions.
l Plan, and execute induction and orientation process and ensure new joining employees are equipped with tools and tackles and are handed over their role and responsibilities.
l Plan and execute employee engagement activities and effectively execute events and celebrations as per corporate guidelines.
l To plan & review Process SOP are to be identified placed in each section.
l Plan and execute roll out employee recognition in coordination with HOD.
l Plan and prepare accurate HR budget.
l Sourcing the manpower as per approved budget/organogram.
l Approval of Manpower Requisition form before initiate screening the manpower.
l Source applicants through online channels, such as, Naukri, LinkedIn and other professional networks, Stake holders.
l Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
l Assess candidates information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references.
l Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
l Monitor the use of talent assessment tools and provide appropriate feedback and communication channels
l Joining procedure to be done (Induction Program, Asset allocation, Master creation, Email, Joining Kit, Joining Circular, PIMS, Allocation of work station, ID Card, PPE Kit Employee's record keeping,)
l Proper Induction plan to be followed for new joinees & circulate in the respective sections at plant level & corporate level- if required.
l Minimum 03 days induction program to be followed at plant/site level
l Proper JD & KRA sheet is handed over to new joinee at the time of joining
l To make sure proper Safety Induction training to be provided to new joinee.
l Employee Personnel file maintain in system & hard copies also.
Proper data bank are to be in pool.
Proper manpower backup plan are to be in pool.
l Review and monitor Organogram as per business need in coordination with Unit Head and seek approval in case of deviation in coordination with Circle Head.
l Ensure new joining employees are systematically inducted as per approved induction plan.
l Take effective proactive steps in monitoring and updating job roles and communicating with respective employees.
l Ensure new and existing employees are aware about their role, KRA, KPI and take corrective actions in case of any discrepancy
l Proper Job responsibility is to be defined for every employees & to be documented
l Update Job responsibility & KRA, KPI on continues process
l Proper Skill Matrix to be defined for every employees
l Proper Competency Mapping are to be defined for each position.
l Conduct Orientation program to ensure all HR policies and systems are known to all employees and employees benefit and follow them.
l Maintain, Monitor, review all required statutory compliance (Company & Contractors) and ensure timely renewal of licenses, Certificates insurance, as per Factory Act. Monitor & review timely submission of half/ yearly returns
l Maintain good relationship with Govt Office PF, ESI, Factory
l Monitor & review for 100% statutory compliance
l Proactively liaison with regulatory officials visiting factory and ensure they are provided with appropriate information and documents.
l Monitor, review and take corrective actions on hearing of legal cases, permissions, licenses, statutory audits, inspections in coordination with Legal and PR.
l To make all committees like as Canteen, Works, Safety, Machine Safety, Grievance Handling, Compliance/ Audit Committee.
l
l To review & Monitor HR monthly MIS
l To update & review HR Dash board
l Manpower Organogram to be updated at any time
l Plan & execute HR Budgeting Monthly & yearly
l Prepare and submit actionable management reports
l Prepare and present various HR reports & analysis with actionable recommendations
l Monitor productivity and submit abnormal reports for taking corrective actions in achieving manpower cost per metric ton as per budget
l Review monthly reports (Manpower count (including contract labour), Number of joined and left, Attrition, employee grievances, daily production, incidences) and submit report to Circle Head/Unit Head and Corporate.
l Proper KRA & KPI is to be defined for every employees & to be documented.
l Ensure timely of PMS within agreed process guidelines, Provide guidance to appraiser for consistent of Goal setting, performance review & feedback.
l TO monitor & review Performance Review Form to be initiated before the PMS cycle.
l Coordinate with Unit Head and Functional Heads in the PMS process of finalizing reward and distribution of appraisal letters
l Conduct skip level meetings and ensure spirit of the meeting is maintained
l Assisting carried out employee satisfaction survey as assigned
l Department wise Training matrix to be prepared.
l Identify the Training needs for all departments.
l To planning a Training Calendar.
l Training Execution & Training Feedback.
l To monitor & review Training Records.
l Organizing Coaching & counselling from enteral & external for staff employees
l To prepare various Committee meeting calendar as required monthly/quarterly.
l Set a Target 24 Man hours training for each employee.
l To prepare employee engagement calendar (all Engagement activity to be mentioned for a year.
l To increase the morale of the employees & make familiar with the organization
l Recognize every employees being a valuable assets of the organization.
l Employee engagement activity to be drived as per engagement calendar.
l Ensure compensation / reimbursement of claim (Travel/ DA/ Mobile etc.) as per time frame.
l Exit Interviewed to be arranged & to be reviewed by the committee monthly /quarter basis.
l Organize and ensure Administration of Event Programs (Festivals/Sports day/Movie day (As per yearly Plan)
