Job Description

Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of suitable contractors by discipline, size of work and experience approved contractor master list
Drive ongoing evaluation & pre-qualification of suitable contractors for relevant packages / services related to real estate development and construction iii
Manage tendering of services / works / package contracts from the time of receipt of PR / IOM until award iv
Oversee contract management process including drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts or work orders for projects v
Ensure that all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standardsvi
Oversee the execution of contracts, ensuring that all parties understand and fulfill their contractual obligations vii
Coordinate with internal departments and project teams to understand and address contractual risks and breaches viii
Develop strategic partnerships with contractors to enable cost savings and improved contractor performance ix
Drive the timely and effective processing of amendments to the existing contracts, whenever required, in consultation with the Projects team x
Conduct joint performance evaluation of contractors as per established periodicity along with projects and billing team
