Role Overview: We’re looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager Marketing to lead our Google advertising (across Web & App), SEO & ASO strategies, and website performance optimization. This role will play a critical part in driving both paid and organic user growth, enhancing discoverability, improving user experience, and increasing conversions across our digital assets. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic thinker and hands-on executor, with deep knowledge in performance marketing, search optimization, and mobile growth. Key Responsibilities: Google Campaigns (Web & App): Strategize, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across UAC,P-Max,Search&TROAS) Manage cross-platform ad strategies to acquire high-intent users for both website and mobile apps. Define audience segments, manage bids & budgets, and run creative testing to improve engagement and ROI. Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to deliver performance-focused campaigns. SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Own and evolve the SEO roadmap to improve organic rankings, traffic, and search visibility. Conduct technical, on-page, and off-page SEO audits and manage implementation with content/dev teams. Develop content strategies aligned with keyword opportunities, user intent, and business objectives. Track key metrics using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog. Hands on experience with CMS/Web Hosting Platforms. ASO (App Store Optimization): Lead ASO strategies for Google Play Store to increase app visibility and installs. Optimize app titles, descriptions, keywords, screenshots, and videos based on performance insights. Run A/B testing using tools like Store Listing Experiments or third-party ASO platforms (e.g., AppTweak, SensorTower). Monitor store ranking trends, reviews, and competitor performance. Required Skills & Experience: 4 years+ of experience in digital marketing, with proven results in Google Ads, SEO, ASO, and website performance. Deep knowledge of both web and app acquisition strategies. Hands-on experience with ad platforms (Google Ads, Firebase/GA4, App Campaigns), SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and ASO platforms. Strong analytical mindset with experience translating data into strategy. Solid understanding of web technologies, mobile user acquisition, and performance measurement. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Website Management. Preferred Qualifications: Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
