About the Role

Wellcaza School of Health Sciences is looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Marketing Manager to lead our admissions and enrollment marketing activities. The ideal candidate will understand the education industry and have strong experience in student recruitment, lead conversion, and digital campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing and enrollment campaigns for academic programs.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve admission targets.
• Lead and motivate digital marketing, telecalling, and business development teams.
• Manage lead generation funnels, track conversions, and ensure high ROI.
• Handle social media campaigns, email marketing, and online promotions.
• Build and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, and career institutions.
• Prepare marketing performance reports and suggest improvements.
• Represent the institution at education fairs and community outreach events.

Requirements

• Education: BBA, Bachelors in Commerce, or MBA (Marketing/Business/Commerce), BA Communication (PR/Advertising)
• Experience: Minimum 1 -2 years in education marketing, admissions, or enrollment campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and lead management systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage teams and meet performance targets.
• Preference: Male candidates with experience managing digital and field marketing teams.

Compensation

• Salary as per qualifications and experience, following institutional and statutory norms.
