Responsibilities

1. Driving HR business effectiveness by planning, implementing, and monitoring key HR projects.
2. Managing strategic talent initiatives including movement, development, and strengths assessment.
3. Supporting people plan creation by providing insights, recommendations, and execution support.
4. Orchestrating organisational change and implementing change management strategies.
5. Enhancing leadership and team performance through coaching, interventions, and people-focused initiatives.

Requirements

1. 10+ years overall HR experience with 5+ years in core HRBP roles within ITES.
2. Master’s degree in HR with strong business partnering expertise.
3. Proven experience in managing people plans, talent management, and leadership effectiveness.
4. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Ability to function as an individual contributor with high ownership and project leadership capability.
