Job Summary:

The Customer Relationship Manager will oversee and manage relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in the real estate sector. The role involves coordinating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to provide a seamless customer experience, managing client communications, and resolving any issues that arise.Job Responsibility:

  • Managing Collection process.

  • Resolving customer queries.

  • Informing outstanding dues to clients for their units and receiving payments.

  • Relevant experience in CRM Operations.

  • MIS preparation related to possession.

Required Candidate profile:

  • Real estate experience.

  • Good communication & computer skills.

  • willingness to learn & Adaptability.

  • Excellent Mails, Letters Drafting Skills & MS Excel.

Salary Range - Best in the industry.

Experience: -Min 05-10 yrs. in Residential and Commercial

Location Greater Noida West

Qualification: Graduate / Master
