As an Assistant Manager/Manager for New Business Acquisition, your role involves spearheading business development, sales & marketing operations, and achieving top & bottom line targets. You will be responsible for the retention and development of your team, providing directional inputs to the organization, and working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing. Your primary focus will be on strategizing, visualizing, and creating new business opportunities in both existing and proposed segments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide strategic direction for managing and enhancing organizational business. - Develop new business opportunities in new & existing business segments. - Continuously analyze team productivity and sales pipeline to surpass targets. - Ensure quality and timely delivery of products and solutions, actively resolving any customer issues. - Come up with solutions to address existing business challenges. **Strategy:** - Identify new opportunities and formulate strategies to convert them into business. - Create and execute business plans with defined strategies. **Go to Market:** - Protect and develop the company's brand by providing high-quality products, solutions, and services to customers. - Support PR and marketing activities to enhance brand visibility. - Conduct area-specific market research and gather market intelligence to seize new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors. **Talent Management:** - Foster a solution-centric approach among team members. - Develop, coach, and mentor your team to motivate them for better results. **Qualifications Required:** - Educational & Technical Qualification: B.Sc/ M.Sc, MBA - Years of Experience: 6-10 years in Direct/Industrial Sales & Marketing (B2B, B2I) - Industry Preference: Aroma Chemical & Essential Oils, Fragrances and Flavours - Strongly Desired Qualities: Good communication skills (written & oral), expertise in making PowerPoint presentations, good analytical skills In this role, you will be based at the Corporate Office in Noida and report to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
