Job Description

Summary

Join a high-growth, data-driven compensation team where youll play a key role in shaping salary structures, analyzing market competitiveness, and driving compensation decisions through powerful insights. This role is ideal for someone who loves analytics, compensation strategy, and working closely with leadership.

Responsibilities

Internal Compensation Analytics

  • Build dashboards to evaluate pay equity, pay-to-performance, and compensation distribution.
  • Conduct internal diagnostics to identify pay gaps and improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to ensure accurate job mapping and leveling.

External Market Benchmarking

  • Map roles to market survey benchmarks (Mercer/WTW/Aon).
  • Analyze comp positioning across P25/P50/P75 and recommend corrections.
  • Support salary range refreshes and market alignment exercises.

Salary Structure & Governance

  • Maintain salary ranges, bonus guidelines, and compensation governance frameworks.
  • Ensure alignment with audits, controls, and internal policies.
  • Support job evaluations and new role creation.

Compensation Cycle Support

  • Partner with Finance & HR for annual compensation cycles.
  • Validate inputs, run data checks, and support calibrations.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure audit readiness.

Insights & Decision Support

  • Present benchmarking insights to HR leadership.
  • Build dashboards/reports for business decision-making.
  • Track implementation and outcome of compensation actions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in HR with strong exposure to compensation benchmarking or C&B analytics.
  • Advanced Excel; working knowledge of Power BI/Tableau preferred.
  • Experience with Mercer, Aon, or WTW market surveys.
  • Strong understanding of job architecture & compensation governance.
  • HRIS/TMS exposure (SuccessFactors / Workday / Darwinbox).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PG preferred.
