Roles And Responsibilities

• Monitoring core network and raise ticket for any network fault.
• Engage respective transmission provider to identify and restore fault.
• Continue to follow up until restoration.
• Timely escalation.
• Troubleshooting and loop testing with Transmission team for fault identification.
• Field support
  

Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience

• Cisco/Juniper/Nokia certifications
• Basic networking knowledge
  

Basic knowledge of BGP, MPLS and IS-IS.
