The incumbent will act as the first point of contact for all employees providing first class HR advice on all matters of HR especially focusing on policy and process queries received through e-mail/Web chat/Ask HR online, and ensure specific individual and team service level agreements are reachedThey are expected to do necessary follow up with concerned teams and individuals for resolution of queries and ensure SLA adherence and enhance employee experience.The incumbents are expected to look for avenues of continuous process improvement and enhance the level of service.They are expected to work closely with the HR COE teams and stay updated on all changes to existing policiesKey Accountabilities And Decision Ownership Employe
