Job Description

Social Media and Content

Execute internal branding activities and provide support required by business teams
Provide copy subtitles and transcripts for digital videos
Study social media platforms on timely basis
Communicate with internal stakeholders to fulfil marketing collaterals requirement
Coordinate for MD & CEO’s requirements for social media
Facilitate in organisational projects
Tracker maintenance for ad-code & reports
Facilitate research and be updated with trends in digital marketing
Possess good design sense & knowledge of copy formats that work on Social channels
Work as ORM back-up in case of SPOC’s absence

Invoicing

Create and raise PO in the system for Digital Marketing
Raising invoice and query answering from finance teams
Maintaining complete budget tracker & expense sheet
Provide budget updates to DM team on monthly & quarterly basis
Create provision sheet for DM team
Work closely with Finance & procurement team
