Job Description

About the Role We are looking for an Assistant Manager Fly Loans Department to help students finance their education through tailored loan solutions and ensure timely fee remittance to universities. You will act as a liaison between students and our loan partners, guiding them through the end-to-end process of securing and disbursing education loans. You should be driven, self-motivated, and highly passionate about working in the Ed-tech space while helping students understand the complete journey of education financing. Key Roles & Responsibilities Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the Fly Loans team. Motivate team members to achieve and exceed organizational goals and loan disbursement targets. Develop, implement, and monitor timelines and strategies for achieving monthly and quarterly business objectives. Delegate responsibilities effectively to team members while ensuring accountability and ownership. Conduct training programs and workshops to improve team members’ skills, including product knowledge, communication, and sales techniques. Mentor and empower the team to build confidence and drive high performance. Conduct regular performance reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and provide constructive feedback. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and personal growth. Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards. Collaborate with senior management to align team efforts with the company’s strategic goals. Requirements Graduate/MBA, preferably in business, finance, economics, or management. Minimum 1 years of on paper experience in Sales Team handling, Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to train, manage, and inspire a team. Strategic thinker with attention to detail and ownership mindset. Capable of concept selling and understanding customer needs and challenges.
