Purpose/Essence of the role: Manage and execute transition projects on schedule within budgets, with high CSAT in line with contractual obligations.
>Develop an understanding of the E2E Solution and value being proposed as part of the overall Solution.
>Draft the transition solution during the RFP and solution cycle in coordination with all the cross functional teams as per need.
> Deliver the Transition as per pre-defined timelines/milestones, leading to timely completion of all deliverables whilst managing resources, deadlines, and budgets.
>Establish project governance including all stakeholders and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations.
>Produce relevant reports accurately, at agreed frequency & in a timely manner to provide status updates on Transition to all stakeholders.
>Monitor the project/program ensuring all risks are captured & mitigations actions put in place and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
>Ensure comprehensive compliance of the transition methodology across all dimensions and processes.
>Continually analyze lessons learned and create recommendations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
>Identify areas of process improvement and new business opportunities within process
>6+ years of experience in Transition or Project Management with a leading BPM or IT Organization.
