Job Description

Training Program Development:Collaborate with the Training Manager to identify training needs and create effective training programs
Assist in designing and developing training materials, presentations, and other resources
Training Coordination:Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars
Ensure all logistics and resources are in place for successful training delivery
Communicate training schedules and details to relevant stakeholders
Facilitation and Delivery:Conduct training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats
Facilitate engaging and interactive training activities to ensure maximum participant involvement
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments as needed
Employee Development:Provide ongoing support to employees to reinforce learning and development
Collaborate with managers to identify individual and team development needs
Assist in the implementation of career development initiatives
Training Administration:Maintain accurate training records and documentation
Generate reports on training activities and effectiveness
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development
Collaboration:Work closely with other departments to understand their training needs
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content
Compliance:Ensure that training programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Stay informed about changes in industry regulations affecting training
